-From after season three of a Fox sitcom that ended a few years ago, which I have also watched a LOT of this year.
-Former law school student turned bartender turned aspiring novelist.
-His friends decided to push him to do something new by signing him up for an assembly last fall. It went so well (no it didn't) he applied for a job on a whim not thinking he would get it.
-Had a big breakup.
-Got the job clear across the country.
-Actually took it to get over her.
-Now teaching Creative Writing. It will be a real class after like the second week. Very minimal on the obstacle courses, I swear.
-My second Chicagoan, though this one just came from LA.
-Human disaster. Irrationally angry about and at life. Refuses to call the landlord about anything. Doesn't use a wallet. Thinks north is up. Fist pumps to Cotton Eye Joe. Doesn't trust fish. Has the credit score of a homeless ghost. Calls DNA "D and A." Panic Moonwalks out of uncomfortable situations.
-Sorry for the deja vu, Miles.

Rey

-From the current movie canon, currently between The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker. Time moves slower at home because they're not releasing new canon fast enough and also once I find a trope I like I abuse it to death.
-A year into Jedi training with the former Darth Vader. I love it so much.
-Still a little twitchy about being called a Jedi, due to feeling like she has to earn it and being nowhere close to that yet.
-Pretty open about her powers, and if she's out she has a lightsaber clipped to her belt unless otherwise stated.
-An orphan abandoned on a desert planet when she was five, and grew up entirely on her own, making a living as a scavenger.
-Kind of a mass of issues re: parents, abandonment, her place in the galaxy.
-Also has a Force bond with her story's villain! I play with that from time to time because I will rant about that toxic ship on a moment's notice but the dynamic is also really fun to play with. I contain multitudes.
-Dating long_memory! Just went ahead and blew that "no attachments" thing straight to hell there.
-Absolutely rules my brain right now. Not even sorry.

Kitty Pryde-Barton

-Mutant who can phase through solid matter. Her natural state is intangible and she stays solid through sheer force of will. She's open about it, and only uses things like doors to be polite sometimes. When she remembers.
-Is also pretty open about being a superhero, though she's currently not doing it right now.
-Somewhere... somewhere in canon right now. Post-AvX, pre- me doing anything else.
-Teacher during the school year.
-Runs Caritas the whole year round. Her shift is Tuesday.
-Married to so_hawkward, and their daughter Lexi is two!
-Easy to get along with, and also a little freaked out at just how used to the weirdness of the island she is.

Sabine Wren

-Currently pre-canon, and unable to get to her own dimension. Already knows where she's going when she graduates.
-Mandalorian warrior and general badass. She has zero interest in going home right now, but she takes her culture very seriously.
-Artist, slowly but surely painting the town. And her room. And her commandeered warehouse. And and and… Also, if you want something painted, drop me a line. She's happy to make your stuff better.
-Demolitions and weapons expert. Probably has at least a small form of explosive on her right now. Said explosive is possibly painted.
-Unless otherwise stated, is always wearing her armor (usually sans helmet, unless she's fighting or doing something where she might need it, and I make note of it/use those icons). If you've watched The Mandalorian, it's not like that. Her armor is heavily modified for flexibility, and very colorful.
-So is her hair. It changes a lot. She's gonna hit canon colors soonish.
-Basically she stands out.
-Has a decently traumatic past and a whole lot of trust issues. Won't talk about it to a degree that actually worries me a little.
-Got through the trust issues enough to date unusual_sith, though, so she's got that going for her!

Alexis Rose

-Very pre-canon.
-Spoiled rich princess whose family isn't keeping tabs on her so she does whatever, which means she bounces from place to place having adventures that end in way more kidnappings than you'd think.
-Her dad's a video store mogul and her mom's a soap opera actress and she's a celebutante in the vein of 2000s era Paris Hilton so a lot of these adventures involve famous people.
-Her parents think she's been in Switzerland this whole time. Like, since she first got here and got kidnapped by a goat man a year ago.
-Talks with a very affected vocal fry and lilts at the end of sentences, and has very pronounced facial expressions and mannerisms that I try very hard to get across and usually fail at.
-Will date all the boys, NPCs and PW guests. But only for a month, max. HMU.

Maeve Wiley

complexfemale | Sex Education | Student | 17 years old

-Hails from some vaguely British town, probably roundabouts present day.
-Got a reputation as a trashy, no good rebel type and decided to just own it.
-Bleached her hair and dyed the ends pink, though brown roots show. Has a giant nose ring and finger tattoos and so much eyeliner.
-Looks like a Hot Topic exploded all over her.
-Big smoker and a compulsive nail-biter.
-Under all that ~image~ she's extremely smart and starting to lean into that.
-Lived on her own in a trailer back home.
-Got expelled from her last school for selling drugs, which she didn't do and only copped to to protect her deadbeat brother.
-Works at Luke's on Sundays to pay for the trailer that any of her deadbeat family members might come home to.

Jaye Tyler

-Started at Fandom High in 2005. Is now 24.
-I started putting her through canon five years ago and then kinda dropped it, oops, so now we're saying there's some time wonky something or other happening.
-Taught for a bit, now taking a Caritas shift because I'm not ready to send her back yet.
-Inanimate objects called muses talk to her and tell her to do things. If she doesn't listen, bad things happen. If you want some interference or help in making your character do things, hit me up, as long as it ends in something good happening.
-You cannot hear the muses.
-A couple people have found out about it in her time on island, but it's not common knowledge. You may see her talking to her purse or random animal objects and react to that, though.
-Otherwise a slacker from upstate New York who works retail and lives in a trailer because she likes disappointing her family, though she's beginning to not like being a disappointment.

Janet Kim

overparented | Kim's Convenience | Student | 17 years old

-A totally normal girl from a totally normal Toronto.
-Her Korean immigrant parents run a convenience store where Janet works (for free), and after her older brother Jung got into trouble with the law and left home, Janet got alllll the parenting and had to be the good kid.
-She finally managed to con her way into a new American summer school and stayed because freedom.
-Is going to go to school to become a photographer in a few years. Right now it's an interest.
-Accidentally called the King of Wakanda a furry once.
-Works at Turtle and Canary on Saturdays, and no her parents don't know.

Jaina Solo

-Post-Legends canon, in the wilds of me writing brand new stuff for her.
-Graduated from Fandom High, now living full time in the ol' GFFA.
-Jedi Master. Super earned it. Not giving up the title even though she's not on the Council anymore.
-Married Jag Fel, and Imperial who became Emperor for the greater good even though they really didn't want that. Soooo she's an Empress now.
-She and her Tahiri are currently wrapping up their first year of starting the Imperial Knights.
-Is mom to three-year-old twins Dax and Daniel.
-Granddaughter to sith_happened, cousin to momslilassassin, niece to tatooine_doofus, great-grandmother to notconflicted, non-blood family of weetuskenraider. Doesn't share timelines with any of them.
-Seriously she's very tiny for a badass and she hates when you bring it up so of course you should bring it up.

Marasiah Fel

-Off in the future, now past the very end of the Legends timeline.
-Because Empress of the Galactic Triumvirate a year and a half ago, and has spent the time since trying to rebuild a galaxy and revamp the parts of her Empire that don't work anymore.
-Great-granddaughter of solo_sword and SUPER GRATEFUL FOR THE EMPRESS THING, GRANDMA THANKS A LOT.
-An Imperial Knight, which means she has the powers of a Jedi but will give you a Look if you call her one.
-Has a distinctive white streak in her hair, despite the icons.
-Yet her posture I think comes across in them.

-Living in the Chicago area on CST, but my heart is in LA.
-Obsessed with Star Wars in a way that's probably worrying. Don't care.
-The last bit of 2020 kinda upended my whole life (not all bad! Definitely constantly stressful!) and therefore if you ask how I am my brain bluescreens and I can't answer the question.
-However if I'd say yes to most things before, now that's especially true because lol yes let's do this fun thing that's not my life!
-I'm around most of the day though my job can get extremely busy especially in the afternoons so I might drop into SP without warning.
